As 2025 draws to a close, we can’t help but look back with excitement and gratitude. What a year it has been! Together, we’ve taken huge steps forward, from releasing a host of powerful new features across our programs (with EJMProject shining extra bright this year), to another successful appearance at the MBA North Golf Day, to our ever-growing, always-popular online training sessions.

And that’s not all…

We launched a full brand makeover, welcomed wonderful new clients into the family, and even unveiled the prototype for Ask E, our soon-to-be-released AI assistant. It’s been busy, energising, and incredibly rewarding.

But none of it would have been possible without you.

Thank you for the trust you place in us. Thank you for your ideas, your feedback, your recommendations, and your willingness to show up and grow with us. You are at the heart of everything we do, and we can’t wait to continue this journey with you in 2026.

As the festive season approaches, we hope you find time to rest, celebrate, connect with loved ones, and recharge. You’ve earned it!

Holiday Shutdown Notice

To give our team the same chance to rest and refresh, we will be taking our annual shutdown from: 12 December 2025 to 4 January 2026

Support will be limited during this period, but urgent matters will still be attended to. We’ll be back in full swing on Monday, 5 January 2026.

If you expect to need assistance with time-sensitive processes during the shutdown, please book your support session in advance, we’ll gladly make the necessary arrangements.

As always, year-end is the perfect moment to ensure your data is safely backed up. A few minutes now can save a lot of stress in January!

🔹 EJM Cloud Server Clients
If you’re already using our Cloud Server, you can relax - your EJM software data will continue to be backed up as normal.
