Creating the Estimate The estimate can be imported from various sources such as WINQS, Bill and Excel. Customize the worksheet by re-arranging and re-sizing columns. Pricing can be done to any level of detail.   MasterBill Use the MasterBill to create complex pricing structures that can be used in subsequent MasterBills or Bill of Quantity items.   Pricing the Bill MasterBill, resources and variables can be used to price the Bill of Quantities. One can use Local and Global variables. In this example, the Global Variables GRMIX and GSMIX can have values of either 0 or 1.  You can select site mix by assigning GSMIX a value of 1 and GRMIX a value of 0.   Analyse the Estimate This is one of the various reports available. One can also sort the Bill from highest to lowest value (cost or sell), resource analysis, enter markups over ranges of items and/or cost headings.
