§  The Costing & Accounting is a comprehensive accounting program with emphasis on cost management. Key features include orders, payment certificates, subcontractors, retention, stock, budgets, creditors, debtors, cashbook, costing reports and financial statements.

§  The Project module is essential to help manage a project throughout its lifespan. The Project module mainly consists of the following aspects:

Ø Tender and Estimating: this is an indispensible tool to assist you with preparation of tenders and estimating the cost throughout the project lifespan.

Ø Scheduling:  Create the bar-chart. Link to the Bill of Quantities. It produces a Cash-flow   diagram and a list of resources required in a given time and activity interval.   

Ø Certificate:  Enter the progress per item as a quantity or a percentage. With the link to the Estimate, determines the allowables based on progress. Materials on Site, Escalation, Schedule claimed, Pro-forma invoice.

§  Tool and Equipment: This is an invaluable tool for the plant division. Tracking of equipment, profitability analysis, internal and external hiring of equipment etc.
